Leaders’ Debates Commission releases Request for Interest (RFI) regarding debates production

April 4, 2019 – Ottawa, ON

Today, Debates Commissioner David Johnston is asking for parties interested in producing, distributing and promoting the 2019 Leaders’ debates to express their interest. The Commission will be issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) in May, whose content will be informed by the feedback from the RFI.

The RFI document outlines the background, purpose and scope of work for the debates producer. Interested parties have until Monday, April 18th to provide feedback, questions and suggestions to the Commission. Bidding on the RFP does not require a response to the RFI.
